Plastics of the penis frenulum

Frenulum is a small fold of skin between the glans penis and foreskin. Too short frenulum might make difficulties during sliding down the foreskin, it can be painful during sexual intercourse or even lead to ventral curvature of the penis. The frenulum may sometimes broke during intercourse what causes substantial bleeding.

Frenuloplasty is performed under local anesthesia. Another step of the intervention is the transverse incision of the frenulum and its modification relying on the properly done suturing of the wound.
